You must contact our Exchange Department at: info@shop500boutique.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered to submit an exchange request.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with no damages, any garment with visual signs of damages or stains will be denied for a store credit.
  • Bras are FINAL SALE.
  • All exchanges must be received within 5 business days of receiving the initial shipment .
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, we do not cover expenses for exchanges and returns.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to ShapedByShop500. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Return Policy.
  • When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order WILL NOT be processed.
